3 mistakes to avoid this earnings season

A smarter way to approach earnings

Good evening, folks.

Jeff Williams here and I hope you had a good day!

Now that the bank earnings are out, the most dangerous part of earnings season begins for many traders.

Over the years, I’ve noticed that most people who struggle during this period don’t fail because they pick the wrong stocks.

They fail for one of three reasons: they trade on the wrong day, they don't have a clear exit plan, or they mismanage the intense volatility and let emotions take over.

It’s a failure of process, not of conviction.

Getting caught in the pre-announcement hype or holding through a volatile report without a plan is a recipe for frustration.

I know because I’ve made those mistakes myself.

My event tomorrow is focused squarely on the process and game plan I now use to avoid those costly errors.

We'll cover how to position for moves methodically, without gambling on the announcement itself. It's an approach built for consistency, not just for one-off wins.

If you’re serious about navigating this period with a clear head, I believe the session will be very helpful.

It's free to attend. We go live tomorrow at 1 PM ET.

Cheers,

P.S. A good process is what separates professional traders from the rest. Tomorrow, I’m sharing mine. This is your chance to see the framework that guides all of my earnings season trades. Save your seat here.
