A different flavor of digital asset strategy 🍨
I’m locked on this one

Markets are sitting tight waiting on the Fed, but there’s one stock that already turned heads with a 300% run earlier this summer. Now it’s tying itself into the BONK ecosystem, and that’s where things start to get real interesting. Could be nothing… or it could be one of those “remember when” moments.
TODAY’S TOP ALERT!
Safety Shot, Inc (Nasdaq: SHOT)
👉 SHOT is TODAY’S #1 ALERT 👈
Good morning, Folks,
The indexes barely budged yesterday, with traders waiting on inflation data later this week.
The Fed’s next meeting is already priced for a rate cut — it’s just a matter of how deep.
If by some miracle inflation comes in cooler than expected, there’s a not-impossible chance we could even see a half-point cut next week (though I doubt it!)
I was pleased to see that a “tactical idea” I sent out yesterday closed up 32% and at one point was one of the top-10 movers in the entire market.
The stock at the top of my radar right now is Safety Shot, Inc. (SHOT).
On the surface, the company is in the functional beverage business.
Its patented drink called Sure Shot is designed to help the body process alcohol faster, and it has been rolling it into retail channels like 7-Eleven.

Last October, Forbes asked:

It’s not often you see a packaged goods company also making waves in the crypto world — but that’s exactly what SHOT is doing.
And that is the gamechanger…
On August 11, the company announced a deal to receive $25 million worth of BONK tokens — a Solana-based memecoin that’s built up a rabid following — in exchange for Preferred Shares at a value of $35 million, and which are convertible into shares of the company’s common stock.
SHOT noted that “As of July 31, BONK holds a market capitalization of over $2 billion, making it the fourth-largest memecoin in the world, according to CoinMarketCap.”
It said its “decision to focus on BONK as the core treasury asset is based on its clear and distinct advantages over its competitors.” (Read more about that at the press release).
By the end of the year, the company plans to acquire “4% to 5%” of the BONK supply by the end of the year, or about $115 million worth.
The deal included a “strategic alliance” with BONK founding contributors “to deeply integrate [SHOT] with the BONK ecosystem.”
On August 12, SHOT picked up a 10% revenue-sharing interest in BONK.fun, which is essentially a launchpad for Solana projects tied into the BONK ecosystem. It plans to change its ticker to BNKK.
It also revealed that “members of the BONK founding core group, including Mitchell Rudy (AKA Nom), will be appointed to the Safety Shot Board of Directors, constituting 50% of the board seats.”
The basic idea, as explained by Nom, is to create “a first-of-its-kind bridge for public market investors to directly participate in the revenue and growth of one of the most active communities in DeFi.”
The announcement noted that “In July 2025 alone, letsBONK.fun generated over $35 million in user fees,” placing it “among the top 10 most profitable decentralized applications in the entire world.”
SHOT CEO Jarrett Boon added that “This strategy goes far beyond simply holding tokens; we are deeply integrating our public company with a proven, revenue-generating leader in the digital asset space.”
What stands out to me is that this is a different flavor of the “crypto treasury” story.
Most small caps that go this route try to mimic MicroStrategy — buy some Bitcoin, hold it, and hope the number goes up.
SHOT’s approach ties them into a community-driven token and, more importantly, gives it a slice of recurring revenue through that BONK.fun platform.
It’s risky, to be sure, but it’s also more creative than just stacking BTC.
From a trading standpoint, SHOT has already shown it can move.
From July into early August, it rallied 300%.
After the BONK announcement, the stock actually dropped hard at first, only to stabilize and carve out a wide trading range.
I’ll be watching it for two simple things:
1) Whether it can hold above the recent support band…
And 2) Whether the next volume surge comes on green candles instead of red. That’s the sign traders are leaning in, not out.
No guarantees here — BONK is a memecoin, and that means plenty of volatility.
But that also makes it a prime candidate for a “tactical” move if it turns. That’s why

Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call “typical.”
Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received twenty five thousand dollars (cash) from Sica Media for advertising Safety Shot, Inc for a one day marketing program starting on September 9, 2025. It might seem obvious, but while our client claims not to own any shares in Safety Shot, Inc, whoever ultimately paid them most likely owns shares. You should assume they are looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might negatively affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as the marketing campaign ends, though that is not always the case.
Now, diving right into Safety Shot, Inc might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.
Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies who are paying us and we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as “forward-L00king statements” under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.
Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it. Before you jump into anything, make sure to talk it over with a pro—someone you trust who's licensed to give you real advice. To be clear, neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners, employees, or independent contractors are registered as a securities broker-dealer, broker, 1nvest.ment advis0r (IA), or IA rep’s with the SEC, any state securities regulatory authority, or any self-regu1atory organization.
So, that's the scoop! If you're intrigued and want to learn more about the companies we talk about, hit up the SEC's website to dig into their filings and see the full picture.
