A tiny company just entered Iron Dome’s orbit

If you’ve been watching the headlines lately, one thing is clear: Modern warfare is changing fast.

Missile defense systems that once felt like niche military tech are suddenly front and center on the global stage.

And nowhere has that been more obvious than in the Middle East.

Each new drone/missile barrage raises the same question: Will the defense systems stop it?

One of the most widely discussed systems in that conversation is Israel’s Iron Dome, which is designed to intercept incoming rockets before they reach populated areas.

These systems rely on a network of highly specialized aerospace manufacturers producing the advanced components that make them possible.

And this morning, I’m watching a small U.S. defense-tech company that’s moving directly into that supply chain.

The company recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire an Israeli aerospace manufacturer whose composite components are used in both the Iron Dome missile defense system and the Barak 8 long-range air defense platform.

The business being acquired has:

• 20+ years of operational history

• 130+ employees

• $17.3 million in revenue last year

• $3.0 million in pre-tax income

And under Israeli emergency law, it is designated an “Essential Facility” — meaning it continues operating even during wartime conditions.

Meanwhile, the acquiring company is also developing AI-powered radar, RF imaging, and autonomous defense systems designed for modern battlefields.

So the bigger picture appears to be a vertically integrating AI-driven defense platform.

Interestingly, the stock has pulled back from its January highs even as the company continues stacking impressive catalysts and global partnerships.

That setup is exactly why it has my attention before tomorrow’s opening bell.
