Why are you day trading, Jeff?
We’re all in this boat 🛶
I’ve been asked lately why I’m undertaking day trades more frequently right now.
Let me be clear: This is not my preferred way to trade. Trading is hard at the best of times. Results are never guaranteed. Day trading can add even more complexity.
Markets and stocks are volatile 🎢, even as they mostly (but not all) marched higher over the last few weeks.
Because of this, day trading is a more practical approach. It does require a much greater level of monitoring than normal. But it can also produce great rewards in record time.
Although I didn’t intend for my Bullseye plan of the week last week (FDX) to be a day trade, I know my members managed it like that – and were right! Hard not to as within minutes of my alert, the stock hit my entry target. And then, in just over an hour, it hit a 100% move 🎯!
Yes this was my chat room…
Interestingly, this FedEx (FDX) trade was a bet AGAINST the stock… despite the overall upward trend of the general markets.
I was thrilled to see that trade idea deliver members not just ONE, but TWO opportunities to see a nearly 100% move last week.
Yep, after an initial spike out of the gate, the options cooled off, but then rallied again the next day to deliver another big move.
And remember… I was betting against FDX. With the market in “melt-up mode,” who else had trade ideas that made a move like that?
Besides the Pick of the Week, my Unlimited members (who CANNOT get enough trade ideas – one idea is not enough!!!), saw more ideas that rocketed intra-day, including”
👉My bullish bet on Uber which I shared with Bullseye Unlimited members on Friday, saw the call options jump 87% in 95 minutes.
👉Then there was the LULU options I highlighted in my Tuesday trade plans gained 75% from market open to close.
👉Or how about the LLY options I’d shared in my trade plans on Monday nearly doubled that same day as well.
Although not all my trade alerts work out this well (and the Market is unpredictable as always!), with nimbleness and agility we can take everything this market gives us.
