Dubai’s latest tech rollout could spark something big
Robots just hit the main stage 🤖

Earnings are in full swing, and most big companies are positive surprises. Meanwhile, I’ve been digging into a robotics play that’s doing wild real-world stuff most people aren’t watching yet. It’s working closely with the Dubai police and is now deploying the robots in a critical area. Here’s the breakdown.
TODAY’S TOP ALERT!
Micropolis Holding Co (Nyse: MCRP)
👉 MCRP is TODAY’S #1 ALERT 👈
Good morning, Folks,
Markets have been choppy this week as investors sort through a wave of earnings results.
Of the S&P 500 companies that have reported so far, more than three-quarters have beaten expectations, according to FactSet.
The White House is keeping up its song-and-dance with China on trade, but as I’ve argued, earnings are really where our focus should be.
One sector that’s attracted my interest lately is robotics.
While everyone is focused on AI companies and their chip-making enablers, I’m looking at real-world applications of the tech.
One company that’s showing a lot of promise in this space is Micropolis Holding Company (MCRP).
Before we dive into the company itself, go ahead and pull up its stock chart on your trading platform.
The company IPO’d in early March, and in typical IPO fashion, it has had quite a bit of volatility as the market tries to price it.
It looks like the stock may have found its support around the $1.30–$1.40 range, and since mid-September it has been charting ever-higher lows.
If you look closely, you’ll see it took a dip yesterday morning before bouncing in the afternoon.
I’m watching MCRP closely today to see if that bounce takes it back to the $2.00+ range it has tested multiple times in the past week.

Micropolis Holding Company was founded in 2014 as a software development company, which branched into robotics and AI by 2018.
It’s based in Dubai, which is well known for its support of robotics and AI markets.
The company has a wide portfolio of software and robots. Here are some highlights:
Mobile Robot Platform (M-Platform) - Micropolis builds electric, self-driving robot bases that can be fitted with different “pods” depending on what the job is. The same base can be used for things like cleaning, patrolling, or moving cargo — the top module just needs to be swapped.
Security and Patrol Robots (M01 & M02) - These are autonomous robots made for security and surveillance, developed in collaboration with the Dubai Police. The M01 is built for outdoor or roadside patrols, while the smaller M02 works better in indoor or crowded areas. They use cameras and sensors to spot people, read license plates, and move around on their own.

Industrial and Environmental Robots - Micropolis also makes robots for heavy-duty and environmental work — like a “forestry robot” that helps replant trees, and a “Box Cleaner” robot that washes and sanitizes shipping containers automatically. These are aimed at large industries and public projects.

Core Electronics and Power Systems - Alongside the robots, the company designs its own electronic brains and power units that control the machines. These systems handle navigation, sensors, and energy management — the tech backbone that lets all their robots run efficiently.
As mentioned, the company IPO’d in March, and in April, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SEE Holding “to support the launch and long-term development of The Sustainable City 2.0 (TSC 2.0).”
TSC 2.0 is a real-world, high-tech “demo” city that’s meant to serve as a model for sustainable development (check out its website here).
This relationship “will enable the deployment of Micropolis’s advanced robotics platforms, AI-powered surveillance systems, smart mobility applications, and edge computing nodes across SEE Holding’s new and existing sustainable city developments worldwide.”
In July, MCRP signed an MoU with Hader Security and Communication Systems (HSCS) — “a leading provider of integrated security and communication solutions in the UAE.”
The goal is “to establish a strategic partnership which will combine artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomous mobility secure capabilities with reliable communication infrastructure to serve both the public and private sectors.“
And in August, MCRP said it “commenced the final phase of its flagship pilot project in collaboration with Dubai Expo City, Dubai Police, and Transguard Group.”
During this final phase, “Micropolis’s M2 Autonomous Police Patrol … will undergo extensive testing and validation across its full operational suite.” That testing will include rigorous, real-world performance evaluation.
And finally, just last week MCRP announced the deployment of its Autonomous Police Patrol at the Dubai Global Village — a huge outdoor theme park that you can get a sense of here.

Dubai Global Village
Dubai Police Chief Information Officer Major General Khalid Alrazooqi commented, “We would like to announce that the patrol vehicle, named DPR-02, developed for the General Headquarters of Dubai Police, will officially enter operational service starting tomorrow October 15th, 2025 at Global Village. This marks the first official deployment of the vehicle, featuring all its advanced technologies.”
If all goes well, this could be the first of a great many deployments.
As you do your own research on MCRP, be sure to check out this September 2025 investor presentation and the company website.
As always, be sure to approach your trading in a responsible manner. Trading is very risky, and nothing is ever guaranteed, so never trade with more than you can afford to lose.
Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of this email as well so you are aware of additional risks and considerations. Always have a well-thought-out game plan that takes your personal risk tolerance into consideration.
Bottom line: MCRP is at the cutting edge of robotics and AI, and has just begun deploying its security robots at a key theme park in Dubai.
Its stock has been basing higher over the past month, and after a pullback yesterday morning, it rebounded into the afternoon. I’m watching it today to see where that bounce takes it.
💥Stay tuned to MCRP to find out!
To Your Success,

Jeff Bishop

Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call “typical.”
Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received twenty five thousand dollars (cash) from Primetime Profiles for advertising Micropolis Holding Company for a one day marketing program starting on October 23, 2025.
It might seem obvious, but while our client claims not to own any shares in Micropolis Holding Company, whoever ultimately paid them most likely owns shares. You should assume they are looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might negatively affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as the marketing campaign ends, though that is not always the case.
Now, diving right into Micropolis Holding Company might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.
Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies who are paying us and we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as “forward-L00king statements” under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.
Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it. Before you jump into anything, make sure to talk it over with a pro—someone you trust who's licensed to give you real advice. To be clear, neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners, employees, or independent contractors are registered as a securities broker-dealer, broker, 1nvest.ment advis0r (IA), or IA rep’s with the SEC, any state securities regulatory authority, or any self-regu1atory organization.
So, that's the scoop! If you're intrigued and want to learn more about the companies we talk about, hit up the SEC's website to dig into their filings and see the full picture.
