The EV trend is surging globally. I found an EV company based in China doing battery swaps in under 6 minutes. They’re scaling up fast. Its stock was up 6.5% yesterday and looks like it’s building for a breakout.
TODAY’S TOP ALERT!
U Power Limited (Nasdaq: UCAR)
👉 UCAR is TODAY’S #1 ALERT 👈
Happy Hump Day, Folks,
With the markets closing for the week at 1:00 pm tomorrow, time’s tight for making trades, so let’s dive right in.
Yesterday, I wrote to you about a biotech stock that went on to have its fifth double-digit gain on days I’ve alerted it in 2025.
Today’s trade idea is a stock that’ll be new to most of my readers…
It’s a Shanghai-based company focused on the electric-vehicle battery space.
You’ve probably heard that the “big, beautiful bill” that just cleared the Senate would end the $7,500 consumer tax credit for new EVs.
The fact is, EVs have not proven as popular with U.S. consumers as manufacturers (and politicians!) had hoped.
Here’s a Washington Post article from April:

On the other hand, EVs are exploding (figuratively) in China. The country hit a record of 1 million EV sales in May, up 33% year-over-year. Q1 2025 sales of battery-only and hybrid models jumped 43% year-over-year.
Today’s “tactical trade” idea plays on that trend…
Go ahead and pull up U Power Ltd. (UCAR) on your favorite trading platform.
As you can see, the stock had a drop back in late January that was due to a $5 million direct offering.
After flirting on and off with higher levels, it began its recovery in earnest in late April.
The stock is now up 77% from its April 25 low — rising 28% in the last month alone.
It has formed a base in the $3.40–$3.80 range and has been steadily notching higher lows.
After its 6.5% jump yesterday, I’m watching for a breakout above $4.20 today, which could ignite a move to $4.50–$5.50 based on the technical charts – especially if backed by rising volume.
👉 UCAR is TODAY’S #1 ALERT 👈
UCAR is an emerging Chinese EV technology company pioneering battery-swapping solutions for electric vehicles.
If you’re familiar with EVs, you know their biggest drawbacks are charging time and range anxiety, especially when they’re driven long hours in a single day.
UCAR’s UOTTA technology solves this with stations that allow drivers to swap depleted batteries for fully charged ones in just 3-6 minutes. Traditional “fast” charging takes 10 times as long.
It offers battery swaps for a variety of EVs including commercial trucks, buses, light trucks and passenger vehicles, including two wheeled and three wheeled.
Founded in 2013 and listed on Nasdaq in 2023, the company has 46 granted patents and 18 pending.
UCAR is in high-growth mode. Its 2024 revenue surged 124% year-over-year to $6.2 million, while its net profit margin improved considerably.
During 2024, the company sold and delivered 12 battery swap stations, but on June 20, UCAR announced it will build 55 smart battery swap stations in Hong Kong alone, including four bus-only stations and the world's first ferry swap stations.

As part of the strategy, UCAR established an alliance with the Hong Kong Taxi Owners Association to collaborate on battery-swapping services for the region's 18,000 taxis.
And just on Monday, UCAR revealed an agreement with an Electric Service Provider in Macau to deploy battery-swapping stations for approximately 600 four-wheeler EVs and 5,000 two-wheeler EVs within three years.
The company has also established partnerships in Thailand, Portugal, Peru, and Mexico “to jointly promote UOTTA battery-swapping service,” and it is “working on building a battery-swapping ecosystem in these markets.”
Going forward, UCAR plans to:
“Continue investing in our AI-based data management cloud platform which connects UOTTA-powered EVs with stations and assists UOTTA-powered EV drivers locate the closest compatible UOTTA swapping stations on their route.”
“Introduce ‘Battery Bank’ solutions into the platform, aiming to enhance the performance of battery life cycle and use AI blockchain technology to monetize battery assets.”
“Introduce ‘Commercial Energy Storage’ solutions for distributed and/or centralized energy storage stations, industrial and commercial EV charging and swapping stations, etc.”
The goal is to become “a smart energy grid solutions provider.”
The bullish case for UCAR rests on three pillars:
Its first-mover advantage in battery swapping within Asia’s dense cities.
Scalable, patented technology with high swapping costs for fleet customers.
Rapid revenue growth and improving margins, suggesting a path to profitability.
If UCAR successfully scales its swapping network and locks in regional fleet contracts, it could become a dominant infrastructure player in the EV revolution.
As you do your own research on the company, be sure to check out the company website and especially its press releases.
As always, be sure to approach your trading in a responsible manner. Trading is very risky, and nothing is ever guaranteed, so never trade with more than you can afford to lose.
Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of this email as well so you are aware of additional risks and considerations. Always have a well-thought-out game plan that takes your personal risk tolerance into consideration.
Bottom line: UCAR is up 77% since April and 28% in the past month, powered by some breakthrough deal announcements.
If the stock can break above $4.20 today, I think we could see a move significantly higher.
Tune in to UCAR today to see how it plays out!
To Your Success,

Jeff Bishop

Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call “typical.”
Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received twenty two thousand five hundred dollars (cash) from PrimeTime Profiles for advertising U Power Limited for a one day marketing program starting on July 2, 2025. It might seem obvious, but while our client claims not to own any shares in U Power Limited, whoever ultimately paid them most likely owns shares. You should assume they are looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might negatively affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as the marketing campaign ends, though that is not always the case.
Now, diving right into U Power Limited might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.
Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies who are paying us and we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as “forward-L00king statements” under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.
Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it. Before you jump into anything, make sure to talk it over with a pro—someone you trust who's licensed to give you real advice. To be clear,
Neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners, employees, or independent contractors are registered as a securities broker-dealer, broker, 1nvest.ment advis0r (IA), or IA rep’s with the SEC, any state securities regulatory authority, or any self-regu1atory organization.
So, that's the scoop! If you're intrigued and want to learn more about the companies we talk about, hit up the SEC's website to dig into their filings and see the full picture.
