Silver just hit 2012 levels šŸ“ˆ

And one stock is setting up for a breakout...

Markets shook off the latest Middle East tension like it was nothing — oil tanked, stocks ripped, and silver keeps pushing higher. I’ve been watching one silver stock that’s not just riding the wave… it might be leading it. Here’s what I’m seeing right now.

TODAY’S TOP ALERT!

First Majestic Silver Corp (NYSE: AG)

šŸ‘‰  AG is TODAY’S #1 ALERT šŸ‘ˆ

Good morning, Folks,

Oil prices fell 7% and the stock market climbed 1% yesterday after Iran lobbed a nothingburger at the U.S. base in Qatar.

After hours, President Trump announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran and said the war should be considered ā€œENDED.ā€

Assuming that plays out — and that’s a big assumption — the markets may well escape this conflict unscathed.

One big winner so far this year has been silver.

I always say you should follow pockets of strength, and in these uncertain times, investors have been flocking to silver and other precious metals.

If you’ve been following my dispatches, you know I’ve been banging on for a while now about how silver is the ā€œunsung heroā€ of 2025.

On May 6, I pointed to this article, which notes that ā€œsilver typically lags then outperforms goldā€ in precious-metals bull markets.

That’s exactly what’s playing out. Year-to-date, gold is up 28% and silver is up 25% (also consider that SPY is barely green on the year right now)...

But if you look since April 4, gold is up just 11% compared to silver’s 23% rise.

Silver is now trading at its highest price since February 2012. And its chart is undoubtedly bullish:

As I always say, when I’m looking to capitalize on trends in precious metals, I look to select mining stocks for outsized moves.

Which brings me to my ā€œtactical tradeā€ idea for today: First Majestic Silver Corp. (AG).

If you take a look at its chart, you’ll see the stock is up 36% YTD and 45% since April 4, far outpacing the silver and gold spot prices.

The company announced a major gold-silver discovery on May 28, which drove the stock 36% higher over the following week.

AG has been consolidating over the past two weeks — a healthy thing after such a big, rapid move. The stock has been digesting gains rather than crashing back down.

I think traders should keep an eye on AG for a move above $8.50, with substantial volume, which could trigger the next leg up. That has been the recent resistance level, and is very close to the 52-week high.

Pay close attention to it today to watch for direction.

šŸ‘‰  AG is TODAY’S #1 ALERT šŸ‘ˆ

Here’s why I think this mining company really stands out…

To begin with, as its name suggests, it has a real focus on silver. The company gets ~57% of its revenue from silver and ~33% from gold.

I love silver, for a couple of key reasons:  a) thanks to the lagging-price pattern I just mentioned, and b) thanks to very favorable supply/demand dynamics.

As the company points out, ā€œsilver is the single most electrically conductive metal,ā€ and thanks to its unique properties, demand for industrial silver is up 33% since 2020.

On top of that, electrical and electronics demand is up 31% since 2020.

This is largely driven by silver demand for photovoltaics (solar panels), which consumed 198 million ounces in 2024, up from 82 million ounces in 2020.

And supply is not keeping up. This article notes that ā€œ2025 is the fifth consecutive annual shortfall expected at 120Moz.ā€

So while escalating global tensions (e.g., Israel‑Iran, Russia‑Ukraine, trade war), a softening U.S. dollar, and low real interest rates are driving investors into precious metals as a safe haven, silver is also riding a wave of strong supply/demand fundamentals.

The inevitable result has been rising silver prices, and thanks to that and record production, AG’s revenues have been soaring.

In Q1 2025, the company produced 7.7 million ounces of silver and silver equivalent, up 49% year-over-year:

At the same time, its cash costs declined 9%:

The result was record quarterly revenue of $243.9 million, a 130% increase from the first quarter of 2024.

AG ended Q1 2025 with a record cash position of $462.6M.

These are huge numbers, folks.

The company operates three key mines — San Dimas, Santa Elena, and La Encantada — and in January 2025 acquired a 70% stake in the Cerro Los Gatos mine.

The Cerro Los Gatos acquisition significantly boosted output, with 3.21 million silver-equivalent ounces produced (AG’s 70% stake comes to 2.25 million ounces), amounting to nearly 30% of the company’s total Q1 2025 production.

As mentioned, on May 28, the company reported ā€œa second significant discovery of vein-hosted gold and silver mineralization within a year at the Santa Elena property in Sonora, Mexico,ā€ marking a ā€œsignificant addition to the district.ā€

This sent the stock price rocketing 36% over the following week.

This was just part of the approximately 270,000 drilling-meters of exploration the company has planned for 2025.

Lastly, I should mention that the company has its own Nevada-based minting facility, First Mint, LLC, which allows it to capture premiums on physical silver sales.

You can check out its website for a number of cool, patriotic bar and round designs. I especially like this ā€œFreedom Barā€ design with the nod to the Betsy Ross flag:

As you do your own research on AG, definitely review the June 11 investor presentation and the company website.

And of course, always approach your trading in a responsible manner, remembering that trading is very risky. Nothing is ever guaranteed, so never trade with more than you can afford to lose.

Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of this email as well so you are aware of additional risks and considerations. Always have a well-thought-out game plan that takes your personal risk tolerance into consideration.

Bottom line: AG ripped 36% after its May 28 news and has done some healthy consolidating over the past two weeks.

Any price action north of its $8.50 resistance would be a major victory.

Tune into AG right away to watch for a breakout!

To Your Success,

Jeff Bishop

Just so you know, what you're reading is curated content for which we have received a monetary fee (detailed below) to create and distribute. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call ā€œtypical.ā€

Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received thirty five thousand dollars (cash) from Sica Media for advertising First Majestic Silver Corp for a two day marketing program starting on June 24, 2025. It might seem obvious, but while our client claims not to own any shares in First Majestic Silver Corp, whoever ultimately paid them most likely owns shares. You should assume they are looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might negatively affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither Sherwood Ventures nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as the marketing campaign ends, though that is not always the case.

Now, diving right into First Majestic Silver Corp might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r.

Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies who are paying us and we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as ā€œforward-L00king statementsā€ under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now.

Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it.
