I've been saying for a while that the metals sector is looking strong, and this week we put that theory to the test with SLV.

I wouldn't be surprised to see SLV hit $100 soon, but as traders, we don't need to wait for the moonshot to make a solid return. 

We just need to catch the right segment of the move.

That's exactly what we did this week. 

I sent this alert to my Weekly Wiretaps members: "Bought Jan 30 SLV $86 calls at $4.59, goal is 20 to 30%."

The trade worked almost exactly to plan. 

The calls ran to a high of almost $8, offering a 74% potential upside. I locked in my gains at $6.05 for a 31% return.

This is the kind of bread-and-butter trading that builds accounts. 

It wasn't complicated. It was a strong sector, a clear plan, and disciplined execution.
