Earnings dropped Friday, with rev up 53%

Happy Monday, Folks! Jeff Bishop here.
Buying clothes online still involves a fair amount of guesswork.
You pick a size, hope the brand fits the way you expect, then find out when the box lands on your doorstep.
The company I’m focused on today has spent years building technology designed to take that guesswork out of online shopping.
And on Friday, it reported $3.07 million in quarterly revenue, up 53% from a year ago.
That fresh report is a big reason this stock is on my “tactical trade” radar today.
The tech itself is simple to understand.
Its sizing platform uses AI to help shoppers find the right clothing size before they buy. One of its apps can do it using four body measurements.
The company has since expanded the technology into footwear, giving retailers another way to help customers choose the right size online.
There’s a clear economic reason brands care about this…
Every bad fit can turn into a returned package, another shipping bill, more handling, and inventory that has to be processed all over again.
This company sells software aimed directly at that problem.
And the latest numbers suggest the business is growing quickly.
Revenue increased 62% year over year in Q1.
Then Friday’s report showed another 53% jump in Q2, taking first-half revenue to $5.46 million.
Its software business also posted gross margins of about 86% for the latest quarter.
There’s more happening behind those numbers.
The company has built out a European fashion resale business that handles everything from inspecting and pricing clothes to storing and shipping them.
It recently launched a chat-style AI tool that helps retailers dig through their own data and understand what’s driving returns.
It has also laid out a strategy to acquire more AI businesses in sizing, personalization, inventory management and resale.
So I’ll be paying close attention when trading gets underway this morning.
Especially after what happened with my last “tactical trade” idea...
Last Thursday’s idea surged more than 25% intraday.

Now I’ve got my next idea lined up for today.
Fresh earnings landed Friday morning, quarterly revenue just crossed $3 million, and the company is attacking a problem that touches nearly every major clothing retailer selling online.
