Hold onto your hats as the markets are enjoying another nice uptick today thanks to great gains from the Mag 7.
I know the indexes have been all over the place this month, but if you look at it, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq are each down less than 4% since “Liberation Day.”
Mentally, I think it will be tough for investors to bring us back to the levels we started the year at until we get some firm decisions on tariffs/trade, and I expect plenty of turbulence before then.
For now, though, things are looking pretty good!
I wrote to you this morning about a stock that had picked up some serious momentum over the past week…
It broke some great financing news yesterday that I thought could inspire another leg up, and it was on the cusp of pushing past recent resistance.
On top of that, my favorite tool for gauging momentum was flashing “Go” signals on the short-term hourly.
Everything was lining up for a potentially explosive move.
And an explosive move is exactly what we got:
