Trump Just Lit This One Up

NVDA popped nearly 3% today and is now up 4.5% so far this week. That pulled other tech stocks up and the major indexes along with them.

We’re finally seeing some positive direction in the market after a lull last week.

The story here is still retail vs. the big boys. Goldman Sachs is reporting that hedge funds’ long-to-short ratio on the Mag 7 is at its lowest in at least 5 years:

I really hope they don’t know something we don’t!

I’m not holding many long positions on large stocks right now, and am instead focusing on small stocks with the potential to jump in the near term.

On Monday, I identified two such trade ideas. The first was a water-solutions stock that climbed as high as 11% on the day.

The second was a transdermal pharma company that reached as high as 31% during the day:

I didn’t alert any “tactical trade” ideas today, but I’m taking another shot on goal in the AM with a stock that has huge news-driven momentum at its back.

I actually pointed this one out last month, and it’s now up a staggering 314% since that alert.

And I’m sorry to say I was actually late to the party on this one (though I did alert it in March as well).

The stock began going parabolic at the beginning of May, and it shows no signs of stopping.

Again, this one is being powered by big news — and it’s coming from the Trump Administration, so no surprise that it’s moving markets.
