Where’s the Momentum? Let’s Find Out

A flat Friday doesn’t mean there’s no action

Hey again, Folks!

I’m doing my homework for a busy trading week ahead…

There are TONS of great opportunities out there.

We’re coming off an essentially flat day on Friday for the major indexes, and at times like these, I love to ask – Where is the momentum?

Which stocks are moving even while everything else is lifeless?

One stock I’ve come across had a monster 25% move on Friday, and here’s the thing…

I think it might only be getting started.

It is going to be my “tactical trade” idea of the day tomorrow, and I’ll be dropping a full report on this page at 9 AM EST, so be sure to tune in!

On top of that, just a quick reminder my Bullseye Trade Idea of the WEEK drops in just:

It will look like THIS in your email at 9:15am EST (before the Market opens).

Along with my clear plan for trading it.

At 11AM EST I go LIVE with everyone in the Market Master’s Room to track this Pick of the Week and do a full Market run-down.

That will (hopefully) look like this:

My formula is actually pretty simple…

But did you know…

There are TWO ways to trade my top idea of the week?

You can either trade the OPTIONS, as laid out in my clear trade plan…

OR … you can simply trade the STOCK.

OR… do BOTH!

So listen up, if you’re still not ready to trade options — that’s ok.

I had great success last week just old-school trading Archer (ACHR).

In Thursday’s email to my Bullseye Unlimited members, I alerted, “ACHR is high on my list, and I am buying that stock in pre-market.  Probably $9 calls that expire next week as well.”

Take note here because all I ended up doing was just buying the stock (not options).

Why no options?

It’s a lower price stock ($7 at the time) so I didn’t think it made sense to buy the options. I think it’s easier to trade in and out of just buying lower priced stocks when you think they are going to jettison in the right direction.

Plus, if a stock makes a move in after-hours trading, you can sell the stock… but options only trade during normal market hours!

So, I only bought stock in ACHR.

I bought Archer on Thursday after discussing it in the email, and here’s where my balance sat on Friday:

*Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically.

You can deduce I put a lot of money into the trade based on how much I made.  (Trading is risky so make sure you can live with the amount of money you could lose!)

Obviously the options would have done quite well, too.  But I wanted to point this out so you can have a good example of WHY sometimes I just go with buying the stock.

There you have it.
